The University of Cape Town is looking for a lecturer in physical geography (4 year contract).
Minimum Requirements:
A PhD in any field related to Physical Geography;
Experience of teaching at a university level;
Experience in fieldwork and laboratory work;
Evidence of some quality research outputs.
Responsibilities:
Lecture at undergraduate and postgraduate levels;
Supervise postgraduate students;
Participate in the research activities in the Department;
Contribute to curriculum design and development;
Take on departmental management/administrative responsibilities as appropriate.
