South African Learner: Abigail Davies - awarded a Bronze Medal: iGeo, Istanbul, Turkey - 2021

On behalf of the South African National Geography Olympiad (SANGO), SAGTA and the SSAG - we would like to congratulate Abigail Davies (of Redhill School, who was part of Team South Africa in the 2021 iGeo), who was awarded a Bronze Medal (ranked 77th of 180 learners who participated) in the International Geography Olympiad, from 11th to 15th August 2021. Congratulations!

The next iGeo takes place in July 2022, in Paris, France. Be sure to enter your Grade 10, 11 and 12 geographers in next year's SANGO - to be held on Tuesday, 17th May 2022. South Africa hopes to have another team in the iGeo, in Paris next year!
