The conference will be held at the Kleinplaas Resort, near Oudtshoorn, located in the Western Cape of South Africa. The venue is located in the Klein Karoo, approximately 65 km from George. A longer drive of roughly 420 km (4.5 hours) is from Cape Town. The adventurous can travel overland - why not make a road trip out of it?

The Kleinplaas Holiday Resort is situated in the quaint little Karoo town of Oudtshoorn in the Western Cape, South Africa. They offer various accommodation options to both individuals and groups. Options include 3-star self catering chalets, bed and breakfast as well as 4-star camping facilities. Their Oudtshoorn Conference Venue is fully air-conditioned (although this might not be needed in winter...), has an overhead projector, flip chart as well as video & monitor. Air travel

George or Cape Town is easily reached through one of the multiple daily flights from any of the other main airports in South Africa. Choose from various airlines, such as FlySafair, SAA, or Airlink.

Driving directions
