Nominate for the SSAG Centenary Award

The Society of South African Geographers invites applications for the prestigious Centenary Award that marks the Society’s centenary through recognition of and investment in emerging academics. The purpose of the award, valued at R 20 000, is to help emerging academics build their research portfolio.


All departments of geography should encourage emerging academics within their staff cohort to apply for the award. Nominations should reach the SSAG by 31 October 2020. More information can be found here.
